Quinch cups



You will need:
  - 5 eggs
  - 1/2 cup milk
  - 1 tsp Salt
  - Pie dough (Hand-made, or store-bought) 
  - Toppings (See ideas at the end of this post)
Instructions:
1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt.
2. Add your toppings to the eggs, milk mixture 
3. Roll out your pie dough to about 1/8 inch. thick
4. Cut circles from the dough and add them to a greased cookie sheet.
5. Add the eggs/toppings mixture to the pie dough.
6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
7. Cool and enjoy!
Combination Ideas: Broccoli, Cheddar or Ham, cheese or Loaded potato
